Packing & Protection
Ravenhill Removals offer a full packing and furniture protection service. The customer may choose to opt out of this and complete the packing and protecting themselves. Ravenhill Removals cannot be held responsible for any damage to items and furniture due to inadequate packing and protection if the customer chooses to complete this task themselves.
Payment
A deposit is required to secure your date. Bookings are based on a first come first served basis. Dates cannot be held for customers without payment of deposit first. The removal balance is due the day before the moving date. This can be paid all at once at the same time as the deposit payment, or in instalments up to the moving date. No refunds can be reimbursed if less than 7 days' notice of cancellation is given. Payment for any extra work on the day is due immediately upon completion. This can be paid by bank transfer, card or cash to the driver.
